Kathryn Kolaczek is an entrepreneur and communications strategist who helps entrepreneurs and brands drive revenue by sparking conversations in the communities that matter. She leads Alchemy Communications, a full-service PR firm specializing in traditional + social media strategy, integrated campaigns, and crisis communications. Kathryn sharpened her PR and social media expertise as CEO of The Mompreneur Magazine, where PR was the primary growth engine. Since then, she has built and executed crisis strategies for national and international product recalls, board governance issues, employee injury and death, and environmental incidents—clarifying key messages, guiding media response, and helping organizations communicate with speed, accuracy, and calm under pressure.
