AI Prototyping for Product Managers

Jonathan Waddingham

Build the right things, fast with AI

Decide what’s worth building, then test it fast with AI

AI has made it faster than ever to build things.

But it hasn’t made it easier to decide what’s worth building.

So teams end up with lots of ideas, quick prototypes, and very little confidence in what to actually ship.

This workshop fixes that.

In two hours, you’ll take a real idea and:

  • shape it into something testable

  • build a working prototype using AI

  • design a simple validation plan

  • and practice pitching it clearly

You won’t just learn about AI.

You’ll use it to turn an idea into something you can show, test, and get buy-in for immediately.

What you’ll learn

    Workshop agenda

    • Pick the right idea

Start with a real problem or idea you want to explore. We’ll quickly shape it into something specific, testable, and worth building.

    • Build the prototype (guided, live)

I’ll show you exactly how to go from idea to prototype using AI, step by step. You’ll build alongside me, using your own idea, so by the end you have something real you can show and use.

    • Design a fast validation plan

Define how you’ll test whether it’s actually useful. Who to show it to, what to ask, and what signals to look for.

    • Share your prototype and get feedback

Practice a short, clear walkthrough of your idea and prototype. You can share with the group, or in smaller breakouts, and get feedback so you leave ready to take it into your team or stakeholders.
