We will do this in-person but you can also join via zoom from anywhere!

By the end of this session, you will have four real artifacts on your laptop:

  1. User research backed by real complaints from real people

  2. A PRD with sections filled from actual evidence

  3. A working prototype running in your browser with real UI, real sample data, and enough polish to show your stakeholders on Monday

You also keep a GitHub repo with reusable templates and tools that work on any project, not just the workshop example.

What you’ll learn

    Workshop agenda

    • Arrival / set up

      For in person attendees, you get to arrive a few minutes earlier, meet each other. For zoom folks, we will start at 12:15!

    • Part 1 — Discover: Find a Real Problem

      Use Perplexity social mode to validate a real user problem. Map the journey, find friction, document workarounds. Evidence, not assumptions.

    • Part 2 — Design: Shape the Product Concept

      Stress-test your idea into a sharp concept. Define users, problem framing, value prop, and success criteria. Then generate a structured PRD with a GEM or CustomGPT.

    • Part 3 — Prototype: Build It with AI Studio

      Turn your PRD into a working prototype with Google AI Studio. Interact with it, test it, iterate. Your first visual version of the product.

    • Part 4 — One Tool Does It All: Claude Code

      Now do the entire workflow in one conversation. Research, PRD, three-reviewer critique, and a working prototype, without switching tools.

    • Part 5 - PM Power Moves

      Screenshot an existing product and transform it into yours. Automate your weekly stakeholder report from meeting notes, Slack, and Jira.

    • Part 6 — Demos!

      Showcase your work! We will send out awards to the 2 selected prototypes.
