      We start with the big picture: what it actually means to become AI-enhanced at work, where teams are gaining leverage, and where most people still use AI too superficially.

    • Hour 3 — Research, synthesis, and strategic thinking

      How to use AI to gather information faster, synthesize messy inputs, compare options, and sharpen decision-making without losing judgment.

    • Hour 4 — Writing, communication, and knowledge work

      How teams can use AI to draft, rewrite, summarize, prepare meeting materials, create strategy docs, and improve day-to-day communication quality and speed.

    • Hour 5 — Prototyping the vibe

      How to move from idea to artifact faster using tools like Claude Code, v0, or Google AI Studio. This section is about making ideas more tangible, earlier.

    • Hour 6 — Automations and leverage

      An introduction to lightweight AI-enhanced automations using tools like n8n and Zapier so teams can reduce repetitive work and create better internal workflows.

    • Hour 7 — Hands-on workshop

      Participants apply what they learned to real workflows, real problems, or real team use cases. This is where the training becomes specific to your team.

    • Hour 8 — Team application + Q&A

      We end by identifying the biggest opportunities for AI leverage in your team, discussing next steps, and answering questions tailored to your workflows.
