Use brain science to always be proud of how you react during times of stress

Humans have long disappointed themselves trying to control emotions, and we’ve all acted in ways under stress that we weren’t proud of later.

Here, we take a captivating look into the neuroscience of emotions and learn concrete, real-world techniques to get your “thinking brain” working when emotions and stress are high.

Introduction to the second tool of vocal smoothing, and why vocal regulation can trick the brain into using the pre-frontal cortex in times of stress.
