3-hour workshop about creating a career value proposition that AI can't replace

How will you stay employed and increase your career relevance as AI automates more and work tasks?

This is the dilemma facing everyone who is paying attention to the AI hyperscaler layoffs of highly skilled staff members, despite very strong financial results. This is very unusual behavior. It's a signal that things will be changing ahead for all of us. What's your strategy for facing these changes?

As curator of the global STRAT conference since 2013, I have had the opportunity to talk with dozens of really smart people who are in core leadership roles at AI hyperscalers. I've developed a two-pronged strategy for career resilience and sovereignty.

Strategy One is to own the means of AI production: Become the cross-functional orchestrator of AI workflows inside your company. I.e. become the automator, instead of the automated (replaced). My other Maven course teaches this AI-savvy career adaptation.

Strategy Two is to develop a personal value proposition that is uniquely yours, and use AI to monetize and operationalize your unique offering. This is something the model can't replace, because AI models have never lived, and have never been you.

      We'll analyze your traits in a new framework based on alignment with your personal traits and neurology, and then map your traits to potential futures that take all of your ingredients into account.

    • Concrete Next Steps

      We'll develop steps that don't involve having more self-control, or 7 habits, or anything that's out of reach. It's leaning into your personal value and uniqueness, in ways that machines can't replace
